Scope of Work
Prepared for Sieora

Build the paid acquisition system into a clean, trackable, launch-ready state. With the launch path, tracking, and handoff working together.

This scope covers the once-off setup and monthly management needed to prepare, launch, and improve Sieora's Meta acquisition system. The setup fee is for the finished working state, not for whether individual pieces already exist today.

1Core funnel first

The decision is to approve the setup of a working paid acquisition system.

The purpose of the setup sprint is to make the full paid acquisition path reliable enough to test demand, qualify leads, and learn from sales outcomes. Existing assets will be used where useful, but the commercial deliverable is a launch-ready system.

Recommended move

Approve the minimum setup sprint

Start with a contained setup sprint that gets Meta, offer, landing path, tracking, creative direction, and CRM / Break Cold handoff into a launch-ready state.

Upfront setup Launch-ready Trackable
What this avoids

Paid traffic before the system is ready

The setup reduces the risk of spending into unclear tracking, weak offer flow, direct cold booking, missing source capture, or CRM / Break Cold statuses that cannot show lead quality.

Clear optimisation inputs Defined scope Attribution before performance fees

A paid acquisition layer that can be measured from click to qualified opportunity.

The end state is not only active ads. It is a connected acquisition loop: message, capture, qualify, route, follow up, report, and improve.

Positioning: Sieora's public positioning is full-stack automation and GTM systems. This scope keeps the work outcome-led and separates Sieora from generic lead generation.
This scope is designed to support the setup invoice, monthly retainer invoice, and the service-level agreement that can follow. Final dates, billing details, and activation timing are confirmed after approval.
"The setup fee gets the system launch-ready. The retainer keeps the system managed, optimised, and learning."
Setup

Build the acquisition foundation

The setup creates the conditions for paid traffic to be measured and improved: offer, funnel path, tracking, campaign architecture, creative direction, and CRM / Break Cold handoff.

Management

Improve the system every month

The retainer manages campaigns, pacing, creative testing, tracking checks, lead-quality feedback, and reporting so the system keeps getting sharper.

Ongoing optimisation Weekly learning Monthly review

The paid acquisition system must work as one path, not disconnected tools.

This is the minimum path that needs to be reliable before Sieora judges paid performance or considers any performance-based commercial structure.

1
Attract

Meta creative calls out the right ICP and frames Sieora as a B2B go-to-market engine.

2
Convert

Cold traffic enters a fit check, playbook, audit, or qualified landing path.

3
Track

Events, UTMs, source, offer, and page data are captured consistently.

4
Qualify

Lead fields and qualification questions separate real opportunities from noise.

5
Route

The CRM / Break Cold or agreed lead management system receives the lead with owner, status, and next-step visibility.

6
Learn

Campaign data and sales outcomes feed back into optimisation.

What the once-off setup gets into a working state.

The once-off setup is charged for the outcome: a clean, trackable, launch-ready acquisition path. It includes review, correction, setup, configuration guidance, and handoff planning as needed.

Foundation

Paid acquisition setup

Get the Meta acquisition layer, launch path, account hygiene, and first test structure into a clean operational state.

Tracking

Attribution foundation

Ensure the paid traffic path can be measured through events, UTMs, source capture, offer source, and lead status visibility.

Funnel

Offer and conversion path

Choose the first CTA and map the paid landing or lead magnet path so cold traffic is not forced straight into booking.

Handoff

CRM / Break Cold requirements

Define fields, statuses, routing, notifications, and feedback requirements so lead quality and sales outcomes can support optimisation.

Completion criteria

Setup sprint finish line

The setup sprint is complete when ORBITxi has reviewed or prepared the Meta acquisition structure, confirmed the first campaign path, defined the offer and conversion route, documented tracking and UTM requirements, specified CRM / Break Cold handoff requirements, identified launch blockers, and produced the first 30-day test plan. Any build work beyond the approved setup scope is quoted separately.

Client inputs required

What Sieora must provide

Sieora must provide required access, ad spend approval, first target industries, selected offer or CTA, creative/proof assets, CRM / Break Cold visibility where needed, sales feedback, and timely approvals. Campaign performance depends on these inputs being provided consistently.

Optional work that can be added to the setup or future phases.

These items are not included in the minimum setup unless specifically approved and added to the invoice or agreement. Estimates are indicative only. Future work requires separate written approval before implementation or invoicing.

What the monthly management fee covers after setup.

The retainer is not a passive fee to keep ads live. It covers ongoing management, optimisation, reporting, and learning across the paid acquisition system. The monthly retainer starts after setup completion or once active campaign management begins, whichever comes first.

Phase the work so each approval unlocks the next layer.

The first step is narrow: approve the setup and billing details, then get the system launch-ready, then manage and learn for the first 90 days.

Approval and billing

Confirm R9,900 setup amount, billing recipient, retainer start trigger, ad spend, and decision owner.

Phase 1
